Electrical and Computer Engineering Status Sheets

Electrical and Computer Engineering is a dynamic area. To accommodate this, the curriculum is frequently updated to appropriately address the needs of the discipline.  Graduation requirements change with these updates.  The general rule used by the department  to determine whether or not a student has satisfied graduation requirements is to verify that the student has satisfied the curriculum that was approved for an electrical engineering (EE) degree or a computer engineering (CprE) degree at the time that the student entered the program.  If a problem develops because some course is no longer offered that was part of the graduation requirements at the time a student entered the program, the student should work with their advisor to determine a suitable alternative course or plan of study.
